Kannada actors say they are excitedto hit the gyms but with utmost precautions

With gyms and fitness centers being re-opened after five months, many actors of the Kannada entertainment industry who are also fitness enthusiasts can't keep calm to hit the gym. Talking exclusively to ETimes TV, these Kannada actors share their opinion about the gyms being re-opened.

2/6

Arjun Yogi

It is indeed good news for all fitness enthusiasts. Frankly, more than us, it is good news for the gym owners and the trainers. I am sure they might be heaving a sigh of relief with this news. It's like back to business for them. On the other hand, I am truly elated to hit the gym after a very long time. I am planning to start my gym routine from Monday.

Shri Mahadev

It is important for us to be cautious while getting back to normalcy. I personally feel that the reopening of the gym is a positive sign of being fit. I have been in touch with the gym authorities, they have been taking complete precautionary measures to maintain hygiene and cleanliness. Sanitizing the gym frequently, maintaining the crowd limit, following social distancing are some of the measures taken by them.

4/6

Pavan Kumar

Gyms are opening after a very long time and it's great news for fitness enthusiasts. Nevertheless, we should not forget our safety. I feel working out at home is much safer than hitting any gym at this point of time. Of course, working out at home requires a high level of 'self-motivation'. One could achieve that high level of self-motivation just by working out at home that too for free of cost. Just a couple of resistance bands are more than enough to keep yourself fit at home.

5/6

Aryan Raj

Working out and being fit is always important. I am a fitness freak and missing my gym badly. But being safe and keeping our families safe is more important in this situation. Moreover, I personally don't prefer wearing masks and shields while working out. There are many ways to keep yourself fit without going to the gym. I am working out at home and following my diet to keep my self-fit. Try to work out at home till coming out from this pandemic situation.

6/6

Dev Devaiah

Gymming or workout is an addiction. I have missed working out in the gym for sure. So, I am quite excited about getting back to my old fitness routine. No matter how much you work out at home, there is not much satisfaction. There is always a difference between praying at home and visiting the temple and praying there. right? But yes, working out at the gym with proper safety precautions is absolutely recommended.
