The latest episode begins with Akshara and Abhimanyu at the recording studio. Akshara asks for one chance to gain her identity back and impresses the composer with her song. On the other hand, Aarohi forces Neil to take critical decisions for the hospital without consulting Abhimanyu. Mahima backs Aarohi and puts Neil in a spot.
The puja at Birlas begins and Manjari is constantly calling Akshara and Abhimanyu. Aarohi and Neil sit for the puja and blame Akshara and Abhimanyu for not being there. Anand asks her to break the fast but she refuses. Right then Akshara and Abhi enter and give the good news of Akshu getting the album. But Manjari is upset and Aarohi falls unconscious.
Abhimanyu asks about Aarohi's health and they come to know that Aarohi had kept a fast. Akshara says she didn't tell her anything, Neil loses his cool on Akshu for not being attentive. Neil shuts Abhimanyu and Akshara and calls them responsible for the confusion and Aarohi's state.
Neil backs Aarohi and both Abhi and Neil have a fight. Akshara intervenes and takes Abhimanyu away. Akshara and Abhi complete the ritual and go back to their room. After listening to Akshu and Aaru's fight, Manish decides to take a stern step to stop Aarohi from ruining things further for Akshara.
The Birlas congratulate Akshara on the album, later Abhi gets a message from the doctor that it is risky for Akshara to conceive but Abhi tries his best to get a remedy for her. In the room, Neil feeds Aarohi and then asks her if she had actually told Akshara about the puja but Aarohi acts as if she is unaware of the scene.
Akshara clears her differences with Manjari, she then makes Akshu understand that she must be careful with her issues with Aarohi and avoid having fights with her. She advises Akshara to accept Aarohi as her sister-in-law. Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara try to have a heart-to-heart conversation with Aarohi and Neil.
