Shweta Tiwari, known for her role in Kasautii Zindagii Ki, recently addressed the buzz on social media regarding her photos with Vishal Aditya Singh, which sparked rumors about her possibly tying the knot for the third time. Though the actress initially chose to remain silent, she finally shared her thoughts during an interview with The Indian Express' Screen.
When asked about the online discussions, Shweta remarked that she doesn’t give much importance to such speculation or trolling. She explained that during her earlier years, she faced direct criticism from journalists who weren’t hesitant to publish negative stories about actors. Compared to those times, she finds today’s social media chatter less impactful.
Shweta further shared her perspective, noting that in today’s fast-paced world, people are so engrossed in scrolling through social media that their attention span is short, lasting only a few hours before moving on to the next topic. This is why she doesn’t take such rumors seriously.
Addressing the speculation about her third marriage, Shweta humorously remarked that, according to the internet, she has been married three times and seemingly ties the knot with a new person every year.
"Har saal meri nayi shaadi ho rahi hai, mein already internet pe tin shaadi karke baithi hui hun."
A few days ago, several morphed and AI-generated photos of Shweta Tiwari surfaced online, quickly going viral. In some of these images, Shweta appeared to be performing pehli rasoi, while in others, she and Vishal Aditya Singh were seen posing intimately as a married couple. Although the photos were obviously edited, they sparked widespread speculation among netizens about Shweta's alleged third marriage to Vishal.
For the uninitiated, Vishal and Shweta acted together in Begusarai and were later seen together in Khatron Ke Khiladi. Vishal lovingly calls Shweta 'Mamma'.
