Shocking statements made by Tunisha Sharma's mom about Sheezan Khan: From taking expensive gifts from her to pressurising her to convert to Islam; here’s what all she said
Tunisha Sharma’s mother Vanita made some shocking claims and hurled allegations at Sheezan Khan, who is currently in police custody. In a press conference held today (December), Vanita and Tunisha’s uncle spoke in detail about everything that conspired between the deceased and her ex-boyfriend Sheezan. Right from their relationship, fights, break up she revealed all. She said they are trying to figure out what could have possibly led Tunisha in 10-15 mins of her taking the shocking decision of her life. Here’s everything that her mother said:
‘Tunisha cannot die by suicide’
Tunisha's mother shared that she had planned a surprise birthday party for her daughter which is on January 4 . She says, “She wanted to spend it on a Yacht but I told her we would do it at a big hotel. I told her I would invite all her co-stars and 20-25 people. She was planning to invite Sheezan also. Tunisha is not a person who can die by suicide, God knows what he did with my child since it happened in Sheezan’s makeup room. The day they broke up, Sheezan slapped her and she cried a lot saying 'he used me'.
‘Tunisha liked him and wanted to marry him’
I think his family should also be held accountable. She told me that she likes Sheezan and she wants to marry him. I asked her to focus on her career and there is still time as she is too young.
‘Sheezan slapped her’
Tunisha read his chat with another woman and they had a fight when he slapped her and that's when they broke up she told me about it. Sheezan slapped her and told her do whatever you want to do when she asked him about the chats. She cried a lot saying mom ‘I've been cheated and he used me’.
‘Tunisha never suffered any anxiety attacks’
I have no idea what they spoke over the phone but yes it was about his ex-girlfriend, whose chats Tunisha read. No, she never suffered such an anxiety attack. She had an OCD issue and you can check with her directors if she had such depression and anxiety issues she wouldn't shoot for 12 hours. All her directors would praise her if she had problems. How can she deliver such lengthy dialogues? If someone really has issues they can't work for such long hours, can't shoot at all.
‘Sheezan should get punished’
I feel sometimes that it was not a suicide. Since it happened in his room something is fishy. Koi na koi baat hui hai, he was the one who got her down and I don't know if he told her to just die. I don't know what happened. I just want to request everyone please help me to get Sheezan punished. He should get punished and shouldn't let go free."
Tunisha got inked for him
My daughter loved him genuinely. She got inked for him and would not eat on sets but he would have food as he was going around with other women. Tunisha was very sensitive and he had told her 3-4 times do whatever you want to do woh dil par le gayi ye baat. Sheezan knew very well about Tunisha's age and religion then why did he break up suddenly over it? He introduced her to his mother and sister. They were present at the hospital on the day of her suicide. Falaq (Sheezan’s sister) was the one who took her to get a tattoo, she was the one who took her to a dargah. Tunisha celebrated her birthday. I want to say you were using my daughter and you didn't include me in any of the things. She was my only kid.
‘Want to know what conspired in the vanity room that day’
“She spoke to me on the day of her suicide, she posted stuff on Instagram, she wanted to go to Chandigarh, but I don't know what happened to her in that last half an hour. I don't know if it was murder or what because Sheezan was the one who got her down,” said Vanita. Tunisha’s uncle added, “When she was taken down there was no car available for 15 minutes and no ambulance was called for her. When they took her to the doctor, he told that she had passed away half an hour ago. Why was there so much delay?”
‘Sheezan would ask for expensive gifts’
He would ask for expensive gifts from her. My daughter had no illness and she was fine. Sheezan's family's involvement was too much, be it his sister, mother. When she told me ‘Sheezan cheated on me and please ask him to come back’, I personally spoke to him and he told me straight away I can't do anything please do whatever you want to. I am not going to spare him, I have lost my child and I will fight for justice. I noticed changes in Tunisha's behaviour. She would call his mother Ammi. Tunisha would visit his house, would give expensive gifts worth Rs 25,000.

A day before the incident I visited the sets and I spoke to Sheezan and he told me that I am sorry I can't do anything. She was a little worried that day. I got her home that night. On the day of her suicide she told me she has two days off for Christmas and she would like to visit Chandigarh. I told her to give confirmation so that I could book tickets for her. It was Tunisha who told me that Sheezan would do drugs. He would pressurize her to change her religion.
'Want to hold Sheezan’s mother accountable'
I want to hold his mother also accountable because she would call Tunisha and talk about his girlfriend. She knew my child was sensitive. Kya zarurat hai usse baat karne ki mujhse kar na. If Tunisha made any mistake she could have spoken to me, I could have made her understand. I would have asked her to leave the show, I was not greedy about money.
