I was in Kashmir too with my family

The recent tragic attack in Kashmir has left me deeply disturbed. I was in Kashmir too with my family and left on Tuesday. Whenever a terror attack happens anywhere in the world, it is humanity that bows its head in shame. But even more so, it is Muslims like me who feel the weight of that shame. I feel ashamed because the terrorists who committed this horror asked people’s religion before killing them, crossing all limits of cruelty. Their names may sound Muslim, but I do not consider them Muslims. In fact, I do not even see them as human. Anyone who kills innocent people in the name of religion, in my eyes, is neither a true human being nor a true Muslim. (Photo: Instagram)

These criminals should be captured and publicly punished

These terrorists deserve the harshest punishment. The people of Kashmir do not deserve this pain and suffering. These criminals should be captured and publicly punished. Their skins should be stripped off in front of the world, and they shouldn't even be given a proper burial afterward. (Photo: Instagram)

Why should I go to Pakistan?

No religion is ever wrong, it is people who go wrong. Because of a few terrorists, an entire community is being unfairly targeted. I got to hear so many hurtful things, people asked me to go to Pakistan. But why should I go to Pakistan? My ancestors chose this land. We bow our heads in respect to this soil, and when the time comes, we will be buried here as well. (Photo: Instagram)

We did not have proper information about the attack

Story waala joh mudda bana hai, yaa joh banaya hai waise kuch hua he nahi.. it is not exactly how things happened. We flew from Srinagar to Delhi on April 22. While we were on the flight in the afternoon, the Pahalgam incident took place, but we had no idea about it. When we landed in Delhi and finally turned on our phones after a week, we got our network back, since prepaid sims don’t work in Kashmir. We started receiving messages from people asking if we were okay. We didn’t think much about it, especially because we were travelling with a child. (Photo: Instagram)

We never thought people would it out of proportion

After reaching our hotel, we saw the news about the attack. At first, the reports said that only one or two people were injured. Since we only knew about the injured, I put up a story to inform everyone that we were safe and that a vlog would be coming soon. We never thought people, especially some YouTube channels and publications, would blow it out of proportion. (Photo: Instagram)

It was never my intention to promote the vlog

I never meant to promote the vlog through that story. At that time, I didn’t have full information about the attack. It was only later, when we started receiving more videos and updates, that we understood the full situation. We had been at the same place just a few days earlier. I didn’t delete my story because my purpose was never to use it for promotion. But sadly, many people sent me abusive messages in my DMs, using very bad language. Even people who had never visited or subscribed to our channel came and hurled abuses at me. (Photo: Instagram)

Dipika Aur Main he sirf target kyun?

Agar maan lo main video daal bhi deta, toh sirf main target kyun? Dipika aur main target kyun? Kya main aur Dipika special hain aapke liye? Saare vloggers ne videos daily basis par daale hain, film promotions horahe hain, music video promote horahe hain. Even you guys must be leading your life the same way like before. Aap khana kha rahe hoge, gaane sun rahe honge, kaam par jaa rahe honge. So why am I the only one to get targeted. Mujhe kyun maa behan ki gaali, why was Dipika trolled so much.(Photo: Instagram)

Shoaib hits back at trolls

Shoaib ended the vlog by calling out the trolls who always seem to have a problem with whatever they do. He said, “We get trolled for everything—whether it’s how we dress, what we eat, how we live. Even our son Ruhaan and our family have been targeted in the past, and this time, the trollers once again found a reason.” He also expressed gratitude to their well-wishers and fans who reached out with concern and support. Shoaib went on to share some footage from their return trip from Kashmir, giving a glimpse of his staff experiencing business class travel for the first time
