Sidharth Shukla (40) was cremated at the Oshiwara Crematorium on Friday, September 3. The actor passed away due to a sudden cardiac arrest, which left his family, close friend Shehnaaz Gill, industry friends and a million of his fans devastated. Many of them are in disbelief and are hoping for someone to say that the news isn't true. However, reality hit everyone when the actor's mortal remains were brought from the Cooper Hospital to the crematorium. Friends, family and fans were seen shattered, broken and in tears. Shehnaaz Gill has gone numb and is in a state of shock. The actress was seen lying on the crematorium ground on her mother's lap after Sidharth was cremated. Shehnaaz, who wasn't ready to leave the crematorium, left with her brother Shehbaz Badesha.

Shehnaaz Gill was seen standing with hands folded and paying her last respects to Sidharth Shukla. From what Aly Goni and other friends, who met her at Sidharth's residence stated that she is in a "terrible" state. Sambhavna Seth, who was present there, said that Shehnaaz was at Sidharth's feet at the crematorium. She told ETimes TV, "Shehnaaz continued to cry almost non-stop, saying 'Sidharth mera bachcha'. Before the body was put on the platform for the pyre to be lit, it was kept for some time for everyone to pay their last respects. At this moment, Shehnaaz sat down at Sidharth's feet. Post that, she even took part in the rituals."

Shehnaaz Gill reached the crematorium with her brother Shehbaz Badesha and was seen crying uncontrollably. Upon seeing Sidharth's mortal remains arrived in the ambulance, she screamed 'Sidharth' and ran towards the ambulance. This was a very heartbreaking moment and fans are torn apart to see this visual. Many of them are sympathising with Shehnaaz Gill.

Sidharth's mother Rita Shukla arrived at the crematorium in a torn state. The late actor's mother was seen crying and the grief of losing her young and only son, with whom she shared an inseparable bond, was visible enough. Sidharth Shukla was closest to his mother and she meant the whole world to him. Talking about Sidharth's mom, Sambhavna said, "Aunty (Sidharth's mother) was emotional but trying to be strong. Yesterday, I thought she was stronger. But not so much, today. It's not going to be easy for her to overcome this. Dheere dheere jab log chale jayenge, it hits you harder."

Shehnaaz Gill arrived at the crematorium with brother Shehbaz. She was in a terrible condition and cried inconsolably as her brother tried to comfort her. She couldn't come to terms with Sidharth's demise. In an interview with ETimes TV, her father Santokh Singh had said, "Uska bura haal hai... she is not in a good state. I am constantly in touch with her over the phone. Bura haal hai sabka hai."

While it rained heavily outside as Sidharth Shukla got cremated, a 'numb' Asim Riaz sat on the stairs of the crematorium. As soon as he learned about this tragic news, he posted a tweet about meeting on the other side of heaven. He reached the hospital and also at his residence to meet his family. Asim and Sidharth were good friends, brothers inside the house but things didn't work out between the two and they went their separate ways. However, by the end of the show, they remained cordial.
