Following rejections, Omkar Pimple presents Myracle.io, seeking Rs 1.2 crore for 3% equity. Sharks question his commitment to India, highlighting delusion. Anupam advises aligning with the Indian market. He loses his calm and says, “It’s all delusion. I had faced it this same. I identify with it. I used to study back there. I started my brand here. Anupam schools the pitcher for his notion of predicting commodity prices

Sudhir Devkar, an engineer from Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Bengaluru, discusses AI implementation in agritech, particularly Price Watcher for commodity price prediction, developed in-house. Namita offers Rs 25 lakhs for 2.5% equity plus Rs 75 lakhs debt, conditional on machine ownership transfer, which Pathik rejects. All Sharks opt out, advising honesty in health claims. Vineeta reminisces about gender dynamics in fundraising. Amit and Anupam inquire about unit economics and net profit, with Aman questioning their need for investment given profitability. Despite interest from Amit, Namita, and Vineeta opt out. Anupam got annoyed with their constant counters, "If you have come for marketing here then you are giving this 1.25% as a marketing expense. If you don't want royalty then each shark should get at least 5% equity." Rohit and Anupam further have a disagreement. Anupam then mentioned, "Aap bade manje hue khiladi ho, you are not looking for mentorship, you are looking for a marketing platform and you got it. I wish you the best, I am out."
