Deepinder hails from Muktsar, Punjab. It is a very small town, I was in a school where there were around 30 kids. I was not friends with anyone in school. Parents used to tell their kids that they shouldn't be friends with me. In 8th grade, my life changed as one of the teachers gave all the answers during my examination. Suddenly, I ranked third and everyone wanted to be friends with me because my grades increased.

Deepinder struggled academically throughout his schooling, particularly in the fifth grade. His father stepped in, requesting grace marks to ensure his son's transition through the educational system. In the eighth grade, Deepinder used innovative techniques to attain a third division, garnering familial respect and love. However, during his college days, he was unsure about competitive exams. Deepinder cracked the JEE exam, attributing his success to a pressure-free mindset and effective studying techniques.

When asked about the struggles with stammering, Deepinder said, "The stammering issue is still there. I still stammer, I get conscious and it still makes me nervous. I had to mentally prepare myself to do this as it takes a lot of effort from me. I cannot just straight up have a casual conversation. Calories lagti hain mujhe yeh sab karne mein because I stammer. This has been there since childhood, now I am at a point where 'bro you don't have a choice, so show up and do what you need to do'."

Deepinder shared, "The only reason why I haven't been having a lot of public appearances or going to events is because of my stammering. I can't do much about it. A lot of it has to do with how calm I am. If I am speaking slowly, I'll be fine, I didn't know that. There are a couple of syllables which I get stuck at, I consciously try to avoid those while I am talking. There are years of practice doing that as well toh bach jaata hoon."

Deepinder revealed, "It is a physical manifestation, I actually fall sick when I say yes to these things. So the fear, my body reacts in such a way that I end up calling in sick and not showing up. That is the physical manifestation of my fear. It makes me fall sick two days before because I am nervous."

Deepinder graduated in Computer Science from IIT Delhi in 2004 marked a turning point in his academic career, showcasing his perseverance and commitment to a balanced life.

Deepinder's 2024 net worth is reportedly Rs 2570 crore. The entrepreneur and Shark leads a lavish lifestyle and is often spotted heading to international locations either for vacations or for brand expansions.
