Ridhi Dogra: I don’t want to look plain and boring
Ridhi Dogra admits that she is quite choosy when it comes to accepting roles. She does not like to play the stereotypical Indian bahu who does not have much to do in a TV show. She says, “When a role does not scare you, it means that you are still in that comfort zone and can do it all. I used to be scared doing my roles in Savitri and Maryaada: Lekin Kab Tak?”

She says, “While everyone else on the show is seen wearing saris, I requested the makers to keep me away from traditional outfits. Wearing saris and jewellery would again give me a boring look and I don’t want that.”
