Mona Vasu is back!

While she isn’t shooting, Mona Vasu, best known for her role in Millie, is happily pursuing her other interests including photography, theatre, travelling and learning the technical aspects of shooting.
The actress was off the radar after emerging victorious on reality show Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao. But now she is back on the tube. Mona will be seen in a bi-weekly show titled Hum, a remake of the popular serial Hum Log.Says Vasu, “This show is not necessarily a remake of Hum Log.
The similarity is that it has the same spirit and focuses on a middle class family. Amongst the five protagonists, four are from the village and I am the only outsider. The show highlights some real life stories of human interest and we have shot at real locations.” Apart from acting, Mona is busy assisting the director on Bipasha Basu’s upcoming movie which also stars R Madhavan. She says, “As an actor it is always helpful to learn the technical aspect of acting along with understanding the creative aspects. It helps in the growth of the actor in you.” Welcome back lady!
