​Maniesh Paul reveals he has hidden his Comedy Circus' iconic 'kaamwali bai' performance from his kids; says 'Can't believe what crazy characters...'

In the recent podcast with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Maniesh Paul got candid about his old days. As they spoke, Maniesh and Bharti recalled their initial days during Comedy Circus and how they went for their first international trip together. Here's what they shared:

On playing hilarious characters in Comedy Circus

Maniesh recalls his iconic performance on 'Kamariya lachke re' when he became a maid on Comedy Circus. he said, "I have hidden that video from my kids, but someday I know they will see me dancing on that song and in that kaamwali bai's avatar. I can't believe what crazy characters we have played."

Their first International trip

Maniesh then recalled Bharti and his first trip to the US. He said, "We went together for the first time, and that was our first international visa." Bharti added, "We went but didn't have much money so we shopped from America's departmental stores." Maniesh added, "We bought and hid our bags because other celebs were bringing those branded bags and we had kaale thaile. So we hid them all in the trunk and stood there waiting."

How they packed gifts from their first US trip

Maniesh then recalled how they stuffed everything in their bags, "We were invited to someone's place and they gave us a lot of gifts. Both of us quickly returned and started stuffing those gifts in our bags, and amid all that, we both saw each other and laughed frantically. Yaar kaise dost hai hum." Bharti added, "Hum nave nave ameer hue, so even the perfume that got gifted, we would remove the box and try to fit the bottle in our bags."

When Maniesh and Bharti annoyed the weird airhostess

Maniesh then recalled yet another hilarious encounter on the flight with Bharti. The comedian then shared, "I can never forget those 8 hours; we laughed all the time." Maniesh said, "The airhostess was very weird, so when we had asked for water, she just hastily threw the bottles at us and went. So then Bharti decided to be troublesome, she then wore a bell pepper on her mouth and annoyed her."

When Maniesh and Bharti fell terribly during Jhalak

During Jhalak days, Bharti was still overweight, and Maniesh was dared to carry her. He shared, "Ab josh josh mein utha toh liya but I felt a crack in my back and started walking to balance her. But in the end, we both fell terribly. We tumbled and fell." Bharti said, "Usne mujhe light ke upar fainka tha. And we both fell right below the judges' table. I was in so much pain. My back and Maniesh's ear had deep cuts, and we were bleeding. Though all this wasn't shown in the episode."
