Jawaharlal Nehru ji,
Mahatma Gandhi,
Bhagat Singh, Rani Laxmi Bai. I really like
Mangal Pandey and watched a film on him as well. He was the first freedom fighter in that era who brought change. He brought unity amongst a lot of people from different religions also and they all stood together against the British,” he says. He adds, “I was born and raised in the Middle East, but my parents brought me and my brother up in such a way that we have always been connected to our soil and that’s what brought me back.”
He also says that he “loved this song called '
Kandho Se Milte hai Kandhey' in my school days. It’s been my favourite patriotic song. There are other patriotic songs also that are close to my heart.”
