Gauahar Khan breaks down in tears as they reach Madina for their first Umrah with baby boy Zehaan, says 'I am here with my child and husband, all thanks to Allah for accepting my prayers'

Gauahar Khan has finally dropped the most awaited vlog from their Umrah. The couple travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform their first Umrah with their son Zehaan. In the vlog, Gauahar shared glimpses from their flight and how they made sure it was all smooth and easy for Zehaan. During their holy trip, the duo had even revealed the face of their little one.

Humari dua qubool hui hai

We are going to Umrah, Alhamdulillah for the first time as parents. We are so excited and so pleasant. Bohot zyada maza aane wala hai, bohot ibadat hone waali hai. In Ramzan, Umrah becomes extremely special. This was our wish that as soon as we became parents we would go to Umrah. Yeh humari tamanna aur dua qubool hui hai.

This time we are first going to Madina

This time we are doing it ulta, we are first going to Madina and then we will go to Makkah. With family, we had first gone to Mecca and then Madina. I am very happy and excited to do this special trip with Zehaan. We are taking a transit flight as there are no direct flights to Madina from Mumbai.

Keeping everything ready for Zehaan

We have landed before our second flight to Madina. Gladly the flight was smooth. It has just been 5 minutes since we sat here in the lounge and there is this whole mess for Zehaan. This is the work that I have to finish before we board another flight so that Zehaan has everything ready. I have kept roza and Alhamdulillah. I am not feeling anything which is good I am feeling so energised that I am carrying all the bags and Zehaan too.

There is no help to take care of Zehaan

We don't have any help here, so Zehaan's diaper changing, his food, milk everything has to be on perfect time so that everything is smooth sailing for Zehaan and he doesn't get cranky in the flight.

First iftar in Madina

After two flights, we have finally reached Madina, we didn't miss our namaz and now we are going for more ibadat. Only two hours are left for Iftar and this would be my first Iftar in the mosque here. We are finally opening our roza in the hotel.

Gauahar gets emotional as they reach Madina

Gauahar broke down in tears as they were on their way to Madina, "I feel so blessed that Allah gave me this opportunity to come back as a mother. Itni badi neymat hai, maine dua kari aur Allah ne kubool ki. I am here with my child and husband, all thanks to Allah for accepting my prayers."

8/10

Almost missed their first sehri

Zaid revealed how they almost missed their first sehri, "Zehaan woke us up at 3:30 am and we came downstairs a little late. Here the sehri gets closed by 4 am though we have time till 5 am's namaz to eat but they close everything by 4. Gladly the staff here helped us or else we would have surely missed sehri and started our roza without eating."

9/10

Catching up on Namaz by taking care of Zehaan alternately

I am inside Masjid Al Nabawi, this is one of the most surreal moments to experience. Here, people from all parts of the world, different races, and different languages come together and pray. All of them pray the same way and follow Imam. I am sitting here and praying and crying and thank Allah. Zehaan is with Zaid so that I could get my Zohar Namaz. If you are travelling with a baby either travel with more people or take alternate turns so that each one of you can pray and catch up on namaz. We have to balance it out so that we can take care of Zehaan at the same time.

10/10

Iftar in Mosque

Gauahar shared how they celebrated iftar at the mosque. Everyone shared their food with each other and broke their fast together. Irrespective of their class or caste, all of them sat together and ate. While having the first meal, Gauahar broke down in tears thanking Allah for this blessed day.
