From link-up rumours, bond with Usha Nadkarni, hardships he faced and more: Faisal Shaikh aka Mr. Faisu gets candid and makes some heartfelt revelations

In a recent vlog with Rajat Dalal, Faisal Shaikh, popularly known as Mr. Faisu, opened up about his journey from humble beginnings to becoming one of India’s most loved social media stars. From his emotional bond with veteran actress Usha Nadkarni to addressing link-up rumours, Faisu made several candid revelations. Take a look:-

Talking about his bond with Usha Nadkarni, he shared, “Usha Tai is like my mom, and the bond I share with her is very special. I met her on Celebrity MasterChef, and she became close to my heart. Her eviction really affected me in many ways. It’s that one bond I’ll always protect.”

Faisu revealed how he first started by making short videos on social media and later got the opportunity to participate in reality shows. He said, “Initially, I used to make short videos on social media, but with time I got many opportunities to be part of music videos, web series, and even reality shows. I performed stunts on Khatron Ke Khiladi, learnt how to cook on MasterChef, and became a dancer after being on Jhalak. The journey hasn’t been easy, but I’ve given my best.”

Faisu shared, “I was a salesperson and used to work at a shop. I didn’t earn much back then. However, with hard work, I started gaining followers on social media and later got the chance to appear on multiple platforms. I have seen hardships, but by the grace of God, I’ve been able to achieve what I dreamed of.”

Rajat asked Faisu about the link-up rumours, to which he responded, “We collaborate and work with many female stars, and many times, people like your chemistry with someone and start shipping you with that person. It’s okay, but at the end of the day, it’s all professional.”

Faisu revealed how he learnt cooking on the show and now cooks for his family members at home. He shared, “Earlier, I didn’t know how to cook anything. However, with time, I’ve learnt a lot. During Ramzan, I used to cook for my family every day. It was a great experience, and I’m thankful to the show for it.” Talking about his favourite judge, he said, “Both Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna are great in their own ways, and I can’t choose one.”

Rajat asked him about his favourite Bollywood stars and whose fitness he admires the most. Faisu responded, “I like Disha Patani. She’s a brand ambassador for a major brand and really works hard on her fitness, so I really admire her.”He also mentioned his favourite comedian but didn’t reveal a specific name in this chat.
