Bigg Boss 16 contestant Abdu Rozik who has won hearts of the audiences with his cuteness and honesty, had to leave the show for a project outside. Here's a look at other celebs over the years who did something similar ..

​Abdu Rozik

In the last weekend episode, no one got eliminated from the show, but Abdu had to leave as his team had requested the makers to allow him to take up another work opportunity. Bigg Boss announced that, 'A renowned international company wants to create a game around Abdu and they need his live motion capturing for which Abdu has to go for a few days. He would also be allowed to return to the game after he completes his project. However, whether he will participate in the game as a contestant or a guest, will be decided by the contestants at that time.'

​Eijaz Khan

Seen in season 14, Eijaz was doing well on the show but had to leave for a prior work commitment. The show was almost in its last leg at this point. Eijaz left BB as he had to shoot for a web show. Devoleena Bhattacharjee was sent as his proxy to play the game on his behalf. However, he never returned to the show.

​Shamita Shetty

Shamita Shetty, who was a part of the third season of the controversial reality show, quit the show midway owing to personal reasons. Shamita’s elder sister and Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was getting married to Raj Kundra at that time. The actress was later seen again in the 15th season.

​Navjot Singh Sidhu

The cricketer- politician had to leave the show for some political commitments. A spokesperson had then told the channel that Sidhu’s wife requested them to relieve him so that he could resume work with his party. He was part of Bigg Boss season 6.

​Karishma Kotak

Bigg Boss Season 6 contestant Karishma Kotak left the BB house after four weeks due to a family emergency. The model had to leave the house as her father, who was ailing from severe liver sclerosis, passed away. She walked in again a few weeks later.

​Keith Sequeira

Keith Sequeira exited the house after an abrupt order from Bigg Boss 9 leaving the other inmates in shock. He had to leave the house owing to a personal emergency. Soon after, Keith’s family released a statement announcing the actor’s younger brother Ian’s untimely demise.
