“Life’s goal is not about weight loss, it’s about fat loss. It is about being fit. My goal is to be fit without being tired. I wanted to give myself an extra push to lose fat. I have to actively concentrate on losing body fat percentage with proper diet and food.”

“My husband Gurmeet was in full support of me in this fitness journey. We met a ketogenic expert, who made us understand the theory well. His encouragement and our shared commitment to a healthy lifestyle have made this transformation much easier.”

Morning Detox Routine

“I start my day with hot water, turmeric, a bit of salt, black pepper, and lemon. I use sea salt. Then I drink butter coffee. Now I am following according to my body hormones. I use desi ghee in my coffee, which helps in maintaining energy levels throughout the day.”

Healthy Breakfast Choices

“I got introduced to green juice before Lianna was born. I am having it since 2021. It has celery, pudina, adrak, and namak. It has improved my gut health. My breakfast consists of 2 eggs and avocado or moong daal cheela to ensure a protein-rich start to my day.”

Low-Carb Diet Approach

“I avoid sweets and fruits because fruits are also sweets. Strawberry and blueberries are the only fruits I consume. I only eat vegetables without rice or chapatti. Since veggies also contain carbs, I avoid high-carb options like potatoes and carrots.”

Having Food Right on Time

“I need to have my food right on time to not feel hungry. I eat properly even without carbs. My meals mostly include beans bhaji and cauliflower rice. When I go out, I opt for stirred vegetables without carrot and potato, along with grilled fish or chicken.”

Having Dinner by 7

“I don’t eat any evening snacks. I eat dinner by 7 and go to sleep by 9-9:30 pm along with my daughters. This routine has helped me fit into my old clothes and lose several inches. I now weigh between 60-61 kg. Food is all about habit and discipline.”
