Getting summoned by the ED for the snake venom case

YouTuber Elvish Yadav has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to appear before its Lucknow office on July 23, 2024, in connection with an investigation into the illegal use of snake venom at parties he allegedly hosted. This marks the second summons after Yadav missed the earlier one on July 8 due to prior commitments. The case, filed under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), stems from allegations of smuggling snakes and using their venom as a recreational drug, for which he was previously arrested in March 2024. While Yadav has denied the accusations as baseless, the probe remains ongoing.
