From getting involved in Shalin-Tina's love angle to being constantly called out for her emotional outbursts; Sumbul Touqeer's journey in Bigg Boss 16

The sixteenth season of Bigg Boss 16 will soon come to an end and there have been a lot of memories and important events that took place in the house. As the contestants would be reaching the finale we take a look at the youngest contestant in the house right now that is Sumbul Touqeer Khan. Sumbul has won the hearts of her fans by playing silently and coming out in her true self. A look at the entire journey of Sumbul Touqeer Khan inside the Bigg Boss 16 house:

Sumbul made an outstanding entry in the show with her excellent Imlie-like dance moves. She performed on the hit Bollywood number ‘Chaka Chak’ and impressed host Salman Khan with her dance moves.

Imlie Sumbul Touqeer made a strong first impression on Salman Khan during her entry in Bigg Boss 16. Salman asked Sumbul if she was nervous to which she had then said that she was nervous about Weekend Ka Vaar, not the show. Sumbul then imitated Salman Khan's weekend ka Vaar mode. She imitated his rage and his let ke host karunga. Sumbul also slept on stage for her performance.

Sumbul has always felt bad that everyone in the house treats her like a kid. Sumbul has several times asked everyone in the house to not think of her as a young contestant. She was also seen crying over it many times in the house. Sumbul also said, “Kisi ko toh kamse kam samajh aaye ki mein choti nahi hoon. Sab logo ko lagta hain ki mein bewakoof hoon bas fudakti rehti hoon idhar udhar.”

In the first few weeks of the Bigg Boss 16 episodes, Salman Khan invited Sumbul Touqeer’s father on the show during one of the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. Salman made Sumbul hear Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot’s conversation about Sumbul. Sumbul’s father spoke with Tina about betraying her and not looking after Sumbul. He further told Tina “I thought Tina, you would take care of my daughter like an elder sister but you not only provoked Shalin but also spread rumours about the link-ups.” He even called out Shalin and said: “Sumbul came to you with a pure heart Shalin but you made fun of her purity, Sumbul they are using you and looking at this breaks my heart.”

In the season Sumbul, Shalin and Tina’s friendship was given the tag of Karan Johar’s Kuch Kuch Hota Hai film. Many of them compared these three relationships in the same manner. The trio often fought with one another, especially Tina and Sumbul. Tina was often seen reprimanding Sumbul for coming between Shalin and her. Even other contestants had often made Sumbul understand to stay away from Shalin. Even Salman tried multiple times to make Sumbul understand how she is looking in the show.

Before entering the Mandli, Sumbul was close with Shalin and Tina in the BB 16 house. After their separation, Sumbul was often consoled by the members of Mandli that are Shiv Thakare, Sajid Khan, Nimrit Kaur, and MC Stan. Their bond eventually grew strong and Sumbul revealed a lot of times that she got a beautiful family inside the house who have often taken care of her.

Sumbul was appreciated by many guests and contestants in the house for her exceptional dance moves. Even, host Salman Khan has praised Sumbul for her dancing skills. Anil Kapoor praised her dance skills when she danced on Besharam Rang comparing her with Deepika Padukone.

Sumbul was often seen crying and many times Sajid Khan and the other members of the house have often asked her not to cry over small things or everything that comes upon her.

Sumbul, who was on a low-key note earlier, was charged up when her best friend and co-actor Fahmaan Khan came into the house for a day to meet her. Fahmaan and Sumbul were seen talking about her differences with Tina, and Shalin. Further Fahmaan had also praised her for doing so well and everyone outside are loving her. Sumbul later revealed in the house that she has got a pact with Fahmaan. As per Sumbul Touqeer, if Fahmaan remains unmarried until the age of 40 and finds no one, they will marry.

Recently, in the episode, Sumbul was upset with her performance in the time counting task where she stays in the room for around 17 minutes which eventually takes the entire mandli for nomination. Shiv Thakare, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia and MC Stan get upset with her performance and ask her to not play in the next task. This upset sumbul as she was sidelined due to her one mistake and eagerly wanted to participate in the task.
