“I’m currently working harder than I ever have”

When I say my no two days are alike, I mean my roles in love have increased. When we used to shoot for Shark Tank, it was Friday to Sunday and from Monday to Thursday there was a whole set of different things. I’m currently working harder than I ever have. It’s a point in my life where everybody needs a piece of you and for that you have to devotee your time and work hard.

Dealing with mental health issues

He said, “25 years ago I lost my job in the US, I was in a heavy debt and it was the worst time of my life. I suffered my first panic attack that time and it’s the worst thing ever. Not many people understand mental health issues but it is very important. Anxiety and fear is okay but panic attacks is not. It feels like the walls are falling on you and you just want to end everything.”

Advice for the youngsters

Anupam said, “Anxiety and stress is one the most common things today but I think people should know when and how to treat it. You can read book, talk to people about it and much moreover. When one deals with physical injury, they quickly go to the hospital. However, they don’t give a lot of seriousness to mental health. Still date I go to therapy and understand my mental health.”

Anupam’s biggest fear

While talking about his biggest fear Anupam said, “When you become more successful, it’s when you have a lot more to lose. When nobody knows you, you are the only one dealing with your downfall when you fail. However, when you are up in life you have a lot more to lose as well. The most important thing today is stating relevant. You can’t afford to be irrelevant because then people will start to value you less and that’s a big fear of mine.”
