TV celebs often struggle to make it big in the Telly industry. However, some have successful projects under their name and yet they decide to quit to follow their passion. Sana Khan, Mohena Kumari, Addite Malik, and others who were once the face of TV are now away from the small screen for a long time. Here’s a list of TV celebs who decided to quit showbiz.

Anagha Bhosale, who was loved as Nandini in Anupamaa, quit the entertainment world. The actress, in an interview with BT, had talked about her reason for bidding adieu to showbiz. She had said that the industry is filled with "politics, unhealthy competition, the race to look good and reed-thin all the time." Anagha is Lord Krishna's devotee and is currently in her hometown Pune to practice spirituality.

Bigg Boss fame Sana Khan was loved and known for her outgoing personality and charming looks. The actress left everyone shocked after announcing that she is quitting showbiz. The actress in 2020, took to her social media to make the revelation. She confirmed that she will now serve humanity and follow the orders of her ‘creator’. She made headlines in the same year for her bitter breakup with dancer Melvin and marriage with Anas.

After giving some successful projects in TV, actress Aashka decided to follow her real passion. She shifted her focus from acting to yoga and her cosmetic business. She shifted her base to Goa where she along with her husband run a yoga school. Moreover, she has a successful cosmetic line.

Shararat fame Addite Malik was quite known in the industry. She quit showbiz long back to follow her passion. She is a restaurateur and owns three restaurants. She was last seen on TV in 2012 in Chabbis Barah.

Dancer and actress Mohena Kumari is the Princess of Rewa. She appeared in a dance reality show and gained major popularity. She then appeared in several TV projects as well and was last seen in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. However, she left the industry in 2019 after getting married. The actress, who welcomed her son last year, is enjoying dancing and keeps her fans updated through social media.

TV fame Rishika, who rose to fame with TV show Ishqbaaz, started a new phase in her life and left showbiz a few years ago. She settled in Dubai and is currently working as a full-time real estate agent. In an exclusive interview with ETimes TV she even confirmed that she is super excited to explore her new journey.

Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fame Mihika left showbiz in 2016 after getting married. She married a US based NRI Anand Kapai and is settled there with her family. She has been away from TV since 2016. After shifting base to US, she pursued MBA.

Shveta is one another TV celebs who gained popularity for her roles but left the industry after getting married. She shifted to Goa with her husband, who is a stylist and an owner of an event management company. She is currently following her passion and is a restauranteur. She owns a restaurant in Goa.

Navya actress Somya Seth left the industry after getting married to a US based enterpreneur. But after her divorce in 2019 she became an estate agent. She keeps sharing her life with son and how she is going about with her business.
