From a Mahadev décor piece gifted by Anupamaa co-star Arvind Vaidya to a piano suggested by Salim Suleiman; Sudhanshu Pandey's vibrant house with quirky pieces

Anupamaa actor Sudhanshu Pandey opened up his stunning, tastefully done home filled with personalised touches and spiritual energy, in an interview with Mashable India,. From an idol gifted by co-star Arvind Vaidya to a piano suggested by music duo Salim-Sulaiman, each corner reflects his personality, beliefs, and love for family, music, and fitness.

A Foyer at the Entrance

The welcoming foyer features two royal blue velvet Maharaja chairs and a Ganpati idol facing a large mirror. “This is like a secluded spot. During a house party, if anyone needs space, this serves the purpose. Also, while stepping out, to wear shoes, this space is useful.” A perfect space to pause, reflect, and prepare for both coming in and heading out.

To Entertain Guests

Sudhanshu’s bar corner is where stories flow even if the drinks don’t. “I rarely drink because I’m obsessed with fitness, but this is the most happening place, where people chit-chat, sing and all.” With warm lighting and cosy seating, it’s the go-to zone for bonding, music, and heartfelt conversations during house parties and celebrations.

A Piano in the Corner

A stylish black piano stands as a creative touch in the house. “My elder son and wife expressed their wish to learn a music instrument. My very good friend Salim Suleiman suggested me this piano and I got this,” he shared. It’s more than just décor—it’s a musical outlet, a family moment, and a reflection of his love for artistic growth.

His Spiritual Connect

A deep devotee of Lord Shiva, Sudhanshu has created a calming spiritual corner with a unique Mahadev décor piece, gifted to him by in Anupamaa co-star and on-screen father Arvind Vaidya. “The best part is that 24*7 abhishek hoti rehti hai, constantly water is flowing.” A vastu specialist painted a special wall hanging here. It’s a sacred spot in his home, offering him a constant sense of grounding and peace.

6/8

The Dining Space

The dining room balances tradition with fun. A white six-seater table transforms into a pool table, creating space for both meals and games. “It is a customised table. We play pool and the lighting is done accordingly,” Sudhanshu shared. With regal Maharaja chairs around it, this area is perfect for entertaining while still maintaining an air of sophistication.

7/8

A Vibrant Hall Area

Minimal yet bold, the hall is tastefully done with beige furniture and a custom pink chandelier. “I have kept it minimalistic. My house is spacious so I didn’t want to clutter. 90% of the time, I spend my time with my family here. The chandelier also has pink tone, I customised it from Delhi and took 4 months to make. It changed the entire feel of the space. Pink adds a lot of life to anything,” he said. It’s a space built for warmth, comfort, and bonding.

His Love for Maharaja Chairs

“These Maharaja chairs were one thing that were a bit fancy for me,” Sudhanshu said. “They make a statement, and I wanted to get them to change the weightage of the house.” With their regal charm and commanding presence, the chairs stand out and uplift the elegance of his living spaces while reflecting his love for traditional grandeur.
