Faisal Khan on his bond with his mom: She is my world, my jannat

On Mother’s Day, actor and reality show winner Faisal Khan shares one of the most special memories he has with his mother. Recounting his days in 'Dance India Dance' , Faisal tells us, “When I was participating in DID, the channel had a surprise planned for me, where they got my mother to come on stage and surprise me. I was completely unaware and taken aback. When I spotted mummy, I lost it.I went completely berserk seeing her. I had never stayed away from her for such a long time and it had been months since I had seen her at that time. Seeing her at that moment was very emotional and special for me. It’s something I will forever remember.” Describing his bond with his mother, Faisal says, “Kehte hain na, ‘maa ke pairo ke neeche jannat hai’. Meri maa hi meri jannat hai! She gives me happiness and peace, she shows me the way. I am very close to my mom, and I would want it to be that way forever."
