F.I.R. against Amar Upadhyay

Amar Upadhyay denies ever having cheated Delhi-based businessman Shrawan Kumar Aggarwal of `7.5 lakh.
The latter registered an FIR at a Delhi police station against the TV actor on July 4. Amar said, “I have been a target for no reasons in this particular case . I had signed a contract with the Seven Star Network company five years ago to be their ambassador. I was not involved in the financial matters of the company.He (Shrawan) had invested `7 lakh with the owners of the company and maybe later he was not paid. It is the responsibility of the owners to return his money.”
