Exclusive - Divya Agarwal opens up about her wedding with beau Apurva Padgaonkar: I am going to break several stereotypes during my wedding
Speaking about how the word wedding planning makes her nervous, she shared, "The moment I hear about the planning for the wedding, I get scared because there are so many things involved. Sometimes I feel I should have just gotten married secretly and revealed later like how others do. Just post the photos after the wedding (laughs). I’m planning to have a simple wedding where I can enjoy a lot without any worry. I don’t want to stress which uncle is staying in which room and if the guests and families are looked after properly. I don’t want to do that. I want to live the moment for myself and my would-be husband Apurva. It should be beautiful for both of us."
Divya, who has achieved many milestones in her career and has managed to accomplish things in her personal life as well, shared how her wedding is going to be an inspiration for those who don't have a father, "I am going to break several stereotypes during my wedding and all the girls who will be watching the wedding will feel that it doesn’t matter if we have our father’s blessings or not, every girl can get married without taking any loan or taking any stress," she said.

I start my day with medication. I get up at 3:30 am in the morning, then I do meditation for an hour, then workout till 5:30 am and I return by 7:30. After breakfast and all, I go to sleep for a few hours. My day actually starts at 11 am because right now my schedule is such that I do intermittent fasting. I fast for 16 hours and my clock is 11 to 7. During this time schedule of 8 hours I eat. It is my eating time. (Photo: Instagram)
I have my breakfast and green juice. I make sure I'm eating something every two hours because it is the most important thing as per my dietician. I am following that rule. I have a proper diet which I follow like breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. (Photo: Instagram)
I keep a check to have dry fruits, fruits, proper intake of protein. I have my last meal at 7 PM. I sleep by 9 PM if I’m not working. The first thing I consume after waking up is warm water. (Photo: Instagram)
I started intermittent fasting because I had put on a few kilos in between and I felt I needed to lose weight. I am working out which was the most difficult. When I am not dieting, I don’t follow any food rules. I like to have everything. I can eat from 5 to 10 vada pavs. But now I am in control. (Photo: Instagram)
I have not given up on any food item because I feel you should have everything but in the right quantity. One should not leave anything. You need to have a balance in your diet, that's what I do. (Photo: Instagram)
I have sweets but I avoid sugar because it is really harmful for the body. Today because of social media there’s an awareness about these things. It’s better to avoid sugar but that doesn’t mean I don’t have sweets. I replace it with fruits, dry fruits. (Photo: Instagram)
I do meditation a lot. I do angel healing. I am actually learning an angel manifestation programme. It is very interesting and an amazing thing that has happened to my life. I am trying to become a healer because I like to connect to people and energies. I am learning Reiki, tarot and angel healing. My angels are helping me and that’s an amazing thing. (Photo: Instagram)
I take my last meal at around 7 PM and it consists of fibre food. I like to eat quinoa because I don’t want to have any problem with digestion. Around 9-9:30 I go to bed. But before that I apply my night cream, brush my teeth and then go to sleep. I don’t follow any special thing for my face as a night routine. I wash my face, apply night cream, that’s all.
