The entire nation is soaked up in the festivities. While many are celebrating navratri across north and west India, Bengalis all over are enjoying Durga Puja. Many Bengali TV celebs were seen Pandal hopping and offering prayers to Maa Durga on Maha Ashtami yesterday (22 October). Several TV celebs Rupali Ganguly, Ishita Dutta-Vatsal Sheth, Devoleena Bhattacharjee and others were celebrating the occasion with their close ones. They visited a pandal and offered their prayers to goddess Durga.
While Anupmaa’s Rupali went to the Pandal and gave fans a glimpse into it, Ishita Dutta was accompanied by her husband Vatsal Sheth. Sumona Chakraborty also offered prayers to goddess Durga.
Anushka Sen, Devoleena Bhattacharjee, Krishna Mukherjee and others celebrated the occasion and gave fans a glimpse into it as well.
Rupali shared a beautiful picture and wrote, “Shubho Ashtami Mahagauri Maa Last night at the pujo pandal.” Devoleena shared adorable pics and wrote, “Durga Dugga.” Ishita, on the other hand wrote,
Subho Maha Ashtami / Amidst the rhythms of the dhak and the fragrance of incense, we connect with the spiritual essence of Ashtami, where the divine and earthly unite. A #ShuboAshtami.”
Krishna Mukherjee wrote, “Durga Ashtami.. Joi Maa Durga.” Mouni Roy shared beautiful pictures in her Instagram stories as well and wished her fans a very happy Durga Puja.
Several other celebs like Anushka Sen, Tina Datta and others visited a pandal and enjoyed the celebration as well.
