Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood’s relationship timeline: Coming together in Ace of Space to splitting up after buying a house together

Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood shocked fans with their sudden break up announcement on Sunday (March 6) and they are widely discussed on social media. What makes it even more shocking was the fact that they have always been very transparent and vocal about their relationship and fans shipped them as #DivRun. Here’s how they earned love from fans, when they met, how they fell in love and the sudden break up.

In a long note Divya wrote, “Life is such a circus! Try n keep everyone happy, expect nothing that’s true but what happens when the self love starts declining?? No i don’t blame anyone for anything that’s happening to me.. I feel worked up .. and that’s okay .. I want to breathe n live for myself .. that’s okay! I hereby formally declare that I’m on my own in this life and would like to take my time to live the way I want to! No, it’s not always necessary to have big statements, excuses and reasons for a decision. It’s just my choice to step out of it. I really value and love all the happy moments I spent with him. He’s a great guy! He will always be my best friend. Please respect my decision.”

While netizens questioned Varun’s character on social media and accused him of cheating on Divya, the latter cleared it out on Twitter. They claimed Varun is dating a girl named Madhurima. She wrote, "Dare any one say anything about Varun’s character.. not every separation happens because of character! He is an honest man! It’s my decision to be alone, no one has the right to speak anything rubbish! It takes a lot of strength to take decisions like these in life! Respect." Divya also tagged Madhurima and wrote, "@madhurimaroy.12 You are a sweetheart. Don't you worry..Love you.

In January, Varun and Divya jointly made an announcement of buying a house together. They wrote, “My parents always empowered me and pushed me to have my own empire. Glad to share it with you guys that we bought our own house!!! Varun n I have always got little things and together we make it big… 1405- Divya 1505- varun.”

Divya and Varun never hid anything from their fans and have always been very transparent about their relationship. And that’s the very fact the couple have believed in them as well. Speaking to ETimes TV, Divya had said, “As a person, at times I have been through times when I was not sure about what holds for me – who will be my partner. Now the time is, I know what I am doing, I know my goal. I know how focused things are in life. So, it is just a matter of time. Everybody gets that balanced and transparency and it happens between two people when they understand each other’s dreams and passion. We love to see each other grow. That companionship is so addictive, that the relationship becomes transparent. It is a lovely feeling. Koi tension nahi hai. We are sorted. Even my social media profile is very transparent.”

Early in February, Divya shared her wedding plans with ETimes TV. She had then said, “I know it is something you and we all are waiting for. Varun and I are waiting for it. But we love to plan a bit when it comes to these kind of decisions. But the planning we are looking at right now, we don’t see it happening too soon. It will happen. I won’t stay quite.”

Divya and Varun had a very busy 2021 and were on a professional high. While Divya won Bigg Boss OTT title trophy and won accolades for her performance in a digital show, Varun did Khatron Ke Khiladi and that got him a lot of exposure through the GEC medium. Both were quite popular among fans and had several professional commitments as a couple as well. They have supported each other throughout their journey and wrote about being each other’s side post break up as well.

Divya and Varun have been living together since 2019. Their parents have also supported them throughout and they are very close to each other’s families. The former couple openly shared on social media their live-in anniversaries too. They both wanted to spend time with each other after the reality show. While Varun shifted to Mumbai from Delhi, Divya had to travel to Mumbai for work from Navi Mumbai. Hence, they decided to live together.

Divya and Varun both had a break up and their former partner’s (Priyank and Benafsha) were dating each other at that point of time. Divya and Varun became friends and participated in Ace Of Space.
