37-year-old Neha Marda announced her pregnancy last year in November after completing her first trimester. The actress, who is married to Patna-based businessman Ayushman Agrawal, spoke exclusively to BT about welcoming her first child into the world after 10 years of marriage. Talking about the age factor, she said, "My profession has helped me personally. I have always taken care of my diet and health throughout my career. I have been a regular with yoga and conscious about the food I ate. There is no denying that one is fitter and more energetic in their 20s as opposed to the 30s. Dipika Kakar and husband Shoaib Ibrahim revealed on January 22 that they are expecting their first child. Dipika is in her mid 30s. The couple unfortunately suffered a miscarriage last year in February. However, Dipika conceived again in November. In her new video on YouTube, the actress revealed the complications she faced in her first trimester. There was a small blood clot for which she had to take medications. The actress also caught a cough and cold which had to be treated with antibiotics, spray and inhalers. She is in her second trimester now which has been a lot better for her health wise.
