Charu Asopa on being a single mother to Ziana and handling things on her own: Sometimes I feel lonely and directionless

Charu Asopa opened up about her journey as a single mother to Ziana in her latest vlog. She candidly shared the emotional challenges she faces, admitting, “Sometimes I feel lonely and directionless.” Despite the struggles, Charu remains strong, handling everything on her own while embracing motherhood with love, resilience, and unwavering determination.

2/9

Feeling lonely at times

Loneliness can be overwhelming, and Charu Asopa has opened up about her struggles as a single mother. She shared, “At times, I feel very lonely. I feel directionless, I feel anxiety, but there’s no other option than to keep working and having a positive approach towards life.” Despite these feelings, she finds strength in her daughter, Ziana, who keeps her motivated. Charu believes that focusing on her child helps her overcome moments of despair, reminding her that she has a reason to keep moving forward, no matter how tough the journey gets.

3/9

On Well-Wishers Motivating Her

The support of her well-wishers has played a crucial role in Charu’s journey. She expressed immense gratitude, saying, “There are many of you who appreciate my work, who bless me, love me. I thank all of you.” Every message of encouragement lifts her spirits and strengthens her resolve. “Every positive and motivating message from you all gives me strength. It means a lot that you all uplift me. Ummeed pe to poori duniya kayam hai. You are giving someone hope, and there’s nothing more than that.” Charu deeply values the power of positivity and appreciation.

Message for Haters

While Charu appreciates the love she receives, she also believes in addressing negativity with kindness. She urges people to be more compassionate, saying, “It’s also important to say that never break anyone’s strength. Be kind, be good to people.” She reminds everyone that words have power, and one never truly knows what someone else is going through. “You never know how your harsh words can affect anyone’s life. Just be nice to people. You don’t know about that person’s journey.” Spreading kindness, according to Charu, is the least one can do in this world.

5/9

Appreciating All Mothers

Charu acknowledges the immense dedication of mothers who juggle multiple responsibilities daily. She shared, “Hats off to all those women who take care of the household, their job, and also handle their babies. Kudos to them.” Reflecting on her own experience, she revealed, “Since the past few days, I have been handling everything on my own with no house help. I am doing it all alone, and it is getting so difficult.” She salutes every mother who tirelessly balances work and family, recognizing their hard work and resilience.

6/9

Handling Household by Herself

Managing everything alone has been challenging for Charu, especially with her family residing far away. “At times, you feel there should have been someone from my family. But as you know, my entire family is in Rajasthan,” she shared. She acknowledges that it’s not easy for them to travel frequently. “It is so difficult to manage everything by yourself. I have been taking care of the house, Ziana, and also I have just started working on my brand, Charu’s Closet.” Despite the hardships, she remains determined to handle everything with strength and perseverance.

7/9

Feeling Low on Days

There are days when exhaustion takes over, both physically and emotionally. Charu admitted, “I have been feeling a bit low, having body aches after doing all the household chores.” She believes that women often make multitasking look effortless, even when it’s far from easy. “We women make it look all so easy. There are many times we don’t appreciate a woman’s hard work.” She takes a moment to acknowledge the silent struggles women face daily, saying, “Hats off to all the ladies who are balancing it all smoothly.”

8/9

On how she is able to stay calm with Ziana

I have to stay calm and it is very important to stay calm because this is the age where she is grasping everything and also learning. Whatever she learns, she repeats. If you want your child to grow up and become a beautiful human being, then you have to be a good person. I feel, how you behave, your kid will behave like that. It’s not like that I don’t feel frustrated or angry but then I look at my kid’s face I feel, whatever I am, whatever I am doing, I am all because of her.

9/9

On why her parents don’t visit often

I don’t share my problem that easy and try to manage it as much as possible. But then, this time, when I got stuck up, I shared on my vlog and then discussed with my parents. My father doesn’t stay that well as he has diabetes. My mother wanted to come but then we discussed and Monika decided to come. Since Krishna is small, Monika could come with her kid as he doesn’t have school. For sometime, she would stay with me and then my mom would come, once the weather gets a bit warmer.
