on Life OK's upcoming show.
Kritika
spoke to The
Times Of India
and shared a lot of things about her upcoming show. Here are a few excerpts from her interview.
(by-Atharva Lobo) The show is challenging but its a lot of fun. "The show is very hectic to shoot for. The kind of sequences we are shooting, the action, the drama, the costumes. There are so many things in the show, it's kind of tiring but I'm loving the show."
I have to constantly behave like a princess. "I have to stay in character at all times. Once in the middle of a shot, I said okay and then I realized that I can't say okay! So, I have to talk in typical Hindi language with an
Urdu
tinge to it."
Chandrakanta is like an IOS update. "The core concept of the show is same, the characters and their name are the same but the overall feel and look of the show have been revamped. It's like an IOS update. The features are the same but are better looking and upgraded."
Our episodes need to be racy. "Our show is a bi-weekly show. That's the reason why our episodes need to be fact paced. They need to be racy. Like if you watch an episode on a Sunday, you are going to see the next episode after a week. So, they need to be fast paced and keep the audience wondering about what will happen next."
I'm not going anywhere, I'm going everywhere. "There is nothing that I'm going to leave untouched. I did start off as a TV actress but I think there is a lot more to me and I get to explore that when I do online stuff."
When it comes to online content, it's not about the money. Online projects are more fun. Online content is a little more lively and you get to experiment a lot. It's a quirky little thing that I do to have fun. Online stuff is more fun to work on.
