Bigg Boss 19 reveals first photos of its bold new house — A Cabin-in-the-woods with politics and power play

With Bigg Boss 19 premiering on August 24, the show has unveiled the season’s house designed by Omung Kumar and Vanita Garud. This year, the theme Gharwalon ki Sarkaar comes alive in a bold, symbolic space that blends wilderness aesthetics with politics, power, and play. (Photo: Instagram)

The Grand Entrance

The house of Bigg Boss 19 begins with a grand entrance that looks like a cabin in the woods. Wooden textures, earthy designs, and bold patterns welcome the contestants into a space that feels wild and adventurous. Just outside, the garden spreads out like an open field, perfect for tasks and group activities. The wigwam-style seating and tree-bark-inspired furniture brings out a camping-in-the-jungle feeling. A small gym corner has also been added, reminding housemates that fitness and stamina will be as important as their game strategies. (Photo: Instagram)

The Living Room

The living room this season is both striking and intense. Designed with bold colors and animal-inspired décor, it has sculptures of bears, flamingos, and antlered birds hanging from the ceiling. A bull’s head marks the confession room door, while a quirky rooster-shaped chandelier adds a fun but unsettling touch. Every corner of the room seems to be watching the contestants, creating constant pressure. This space will also become the stage for Weekend Ka Vaar with Salman Khan, where emotions, confrontations, and drama will take center stage. (Photo: Instagram)

The Kitchen

The kitchen, often called the heart of the house, has been designed to look warm yet bold. It follows a yellow-brown color scheme, with wooden flooring and a cabin-style vibe. The space is smaller than previous seasons, which means contestants will always be close to each other while cooking or cleaning. This design choice ensures that food, chores, and daily arguments remain a big part of the game. Like always, the kitchen will continue to be one of the busiest and most dramatic corners of the house. (Photo: Instagram)

The Garden Area

The garden area of Bigg Boss 19 is more than just an outdoor space — it is designed like a tribal council ground. A grand lion statue stands tall as a symbol of strength and authority, watching over the housemates. Wigwam seating and earthy textures make it a perfect spot for late-night conversations, planning, or heated confrontations. Contestants will often gather here to discuss strategies, form groups, or simply relax under the open sky. But like every corner of the house, this area also holds the power to turn calm moments into explosive drama. (Photo: Instagram)

The Assembly Room

The biggest new feature of this season is the Assembly Room. It fits perfectly with the theme of Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar as it acts like a political power center inside the house. Contestants will enter this room for important discussions, decision-making, and debates. The room will only open at certain times, which makes it all the more special and tense. Designer Omung Kumar describes it as both a retreat and a battlefield, a space that will constantly test the strength and leadership of the housemates. (Photo: Instagram)

The Bedroom

The bedroom gives a calmer feel compared to the louder and bolder common areas. With soft colors and a slightly vintage touch, it looks like a retreat from the chaos. However, the makers have added a twist this season by removing single beds. Instead, the room only has double beds, along with one large bed that can fit three people. This design will force contestants to share space, leading to new bonds, tricky equations, and even rivalries. Rest may be hard to find here, not because of the décor, but because of the dynamics. The Bathroom

The bathroom area this year feels almost like a spa. Rustic walls, soothing tones, and neatly stacked towers of towels give it a relaxed and private look. However, despite its calm appearance, it remains one of the most vulnerable corners of the house. Contestants often use this area to talk privately, share secrets, or deal with emotional moments. Just like every other part of the Bigg Boss house, even the bathroom becomes a silent witness to drama, breakdowns, and strategies. (Photo: Instagram)
