Reports suggested that he charged around Rs 350 crore for the entire season, which breaks down to approximately Rs 25 crore per weekend. Unlike previous seasons, Salman chose not to address these claims this time.

Reportedly, Salman Khan is earning a massive Rs 60 crores per month for the new season of Bigg Boss 18, making him one of the highest-paid television hosts in India.

Salman Khan has made a comeback with the much-awaited 17th season of the popular reality show Bigg Boss. He hosted the grand premiere on October 15. Reports suggest that Salman is commanding a hefty paycheck for his role, with rumours claiming he is earning around Rs 12 crores per weekend, or Rs 6 crores per episode. This season features prominent contestants like Ankita Lokhande, Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, and Munawar Faruqui, among others.

In the last season, Salman Khan garnered significant attention for his alleged Bigg Boss paycheck. Rumours suggested he was charging Rs 1000 crores for the entire season, but he quickly dismissed these claims as “untrue.” He stated, “All those reports about my fees are false. If I ever earn Rs 1000 crores, I’d retire immediately. However, I hope to reach that point one day. Even if I did, I have many expenses, like lawyers, who are as costly as Salman Khan himself. My actual earnings aren’t even a quarter of that figure. These reports are also scrutinized by the income tax and ED departments.”

As reported by GQ, Salman Khan charged around Rs 20 crores per weekend for hosting Bigg Boss 14, a figure that surprised many when it was revealed. The season concluded with Rubina Dilaik emerging as the winner.

Season 13 of Bigg Boss is widely regarded as the most popular season to date, with Shehnaaz Gill and the late Sidharth Shukla winning over the audience. According to a report by Mid Day, Salman Khan was paid approximately Rs 15 crores per episode. Sidharth Shukla went on to win the season.
