This was his entry into the Indian television industry, and he went on to appear in various other TV shows, movies, and web series. Karan Veer Mehra has been accused of physical violence by life coach Arfeen Khan on the reality show Bigg Boss 18. Arfeen described Karan as someone competitive and easy to provoke, suggesting he could be violent, especially towards women. However, Karan firmly denied these allegations, stating he never raised his hands on his ex-wives, Devika Mehra and Nidhi Seth. During an episode, host Salman Khan questioned Karan about his two recent divorces and if either of his ex-wives had ever filed an FIR or accused him of physical violence. Karan promptly replied, "Nahi (No), sir.” He further clarified that while he had arguments with his ex-wives, things never escalated to physical violence.
