Reality show stars from Splitsvilla X5, Kashish Kapoor and Digvijay Singh Rathee recently participated in Bigg Boss 18 as the first two wildcards of the season. Their entry also included a lot of drama, some shocking revelations and controversial moments. Here’s all that you need to know about things that went down between the two of them:-

Kashish and Digvijay, who were initially paired up with different contestants later formed a connection for Splitsvilla X5. After Addy and Unnati’s eviction, the two went on a date where they discussed about their bond, show and more. Digvijay even expressed his urge to win the show and make his parents proud.

The semi finale was between Harsh-Rushali, Siwet-Anicka, Arbaaz-Nayera and Digvijay-Kashish. Harsh-Rushali and Digvijay-Kashish won the semi finals by a margin and joined finals with Jashwant-Akriti. Right before the finals, the contestants were given a chance to either choose money or be a part of the grand finale.

While, Jashwant-Akriti and Harsh-Rushali were quite clear that they want to play the game and not go for money. However, people were doubtful about Kashish. However, Kashish ensured Digvijay, she will play the game with him rather than choosing Rs 10 lakh.

In the semi-final, contestants faced a choice: take Rs 10 lakh or secure a spot in the grand finale. Kashish opted for the money, leading to Digvijay’s eviction. She explained that the money held great significance for her, as she comes from a “lower-middle-class” family.

The tension between Digvijay and Kashish continued well beyond his eviction. The two frequently clashed, exchanging heated words both on and off the show, and their ongoing feud often made headlines. Digvijay took to social media to share his side of the story, openly calling out Kashish, sparking a very public fallout that kept fans talking.

After the grand finale, Kashish faced severe backlash, including rape and death threats, for choosing money over advancing to the finale. In an exclusive interview with TOI, she shared, “I was fully aware of the consequences when I made my decision. I knew it was the right choice for me, but I also expected some fallout. The hate was one thing, but since the finale, I’ve been receiving rape and death threats. People are sl*t-shaming me and calling me all sorts of names.”

The two recently made it to Bigg Boss 18 as the first two wildcard contestants of the season. However, host Salman Khan discussed about what went down between the two of them in the past show and they got into a massive argument over the same.
