Abdu Rozik was the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 16 and Salman Khan had only introduced the Tajik singer. Abdu went on to win many hearts in the show. Salman Khan shared that Abdu was supposed to star in his film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, however when the film was released the Tajik singer wasn't featured.
While talking to Indian Express, Abdu shared that he had shot for the film but as the scenes required re-shooting he couldn't complete it and the scenes had to be edited out. Abdu said, “I did shoot for the film but there were some scenes that did not come out as well as expected. They wanted me to reshoot the scenes and needed another four days. But I was already inside the Bigg Boss house, and as you’d know, you are not allowed to leave the show once you are in. This is why I could not complete the shoot and so my parts were edited out. I had definitely shot for the film. Inshallah, I will soon be back with Salman bhai again in another film.”
Abdu also shared that he was going to play gangster Chota Bhaijaan in the film. Recently, Abdu launched his food joint in Mumbai and also got featured in Haarsh Limbachiyaa and Bharti Singh's show Entertainment Ki Raat Housefull. Fans were quite impressed to see him performing all the stunt games in the show.
