Avinash jumps from the roof of one bus to another

Avinash Wadhawan, who entered Balika Vadhu recently, is particular about doing all the action scenes himself. “Though I’ve hurt myself a number of times, I prefer to do the all the action myself. Kuchh log nahin sudharte and I’m one of them,” he says.
The actor hurt himself during the shoot. He narrates, “My first shot was a bit dangerous and I had a narrow escape from getting seriously injured.I had to jump from the roof of one bus to another. The second bus was supposed to accelerate the moment I landed on it. However, during the landing, I lost my balance as the sides of the roof are curved and slippery. I somehow managed to regain my balance and land safely. Otherwise, I would’ve fallen 12 feet down on the road and broken a few bones.”
About his character in Balika Vadhu, he says, “It has a lot of shades. Initially, I’m seen as a hungry, untidy, psychotic guy who is on the run from some goons. Slowly, as the story unfolds, my identity will be revealed, which will be shocking.”
