Ace of Space contestant Danish Zehen dies in accident, a look at some of his pics

Ace of Space contestant, Danish Zehen’s untimely death has left his fans and co-contestants from the show in a state of deep shock. According to reports in the media, the 21-year-old social media celebrity, died in an accident on Sion-Panvel Highway in neighbouring Navi Mumbai in the wee hours of Thursday. A PTI report stated, Zehen was driving back to Navi Mumbai after attending a wedding in Kurla when he lost control of his car and it hit a roadside wall around 12.30 am, a police officer said. (Photo: Instagram).

A reliable source from the sets of Ace Of Space confirmed to TOI.com that Vikas Gupta entered the house for the first time to inform the contestants about Zehen's untimely death. Everyone was shocked after learning about the incident and were also left teary eyed. (Photo: Instagram).

Host of the show Vikas Gupta was taken aback by the news and shared emotional posts remembering Zehen. He shared on his Twitter account how difficult it was to inform the housemates about Zehen's death. He wrote, "Telling everyone else in #AceOfSpace was 1 of the toughest thing I had to do in life. May U rest in peace #DanishZehen Please pray for the family for strength to cope up with the loss. He was a wonderful soul & touched many lives with his smile & deeds. Thanku #Lostsouls 4 This." He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, the official further added. Zehen's brother, who was travelling with him, sustained injuries and is undergoing treatment. (Photo: Instagram).

TV actress, Arishfa Khan, who was friends with Zehen could not hold back her tears after learning about the You Tube star's death. She first thought that it was a prank, but after reading the comments she got shocked. She wrote on Twitter, "To tumne sahi kaha tha ki Jab koi Apna Ya Best Friend Ke sath Aisa sab hota ha to kya haal hota ha!! Me bahut roo rahi hu subah se�� Sahi me Mujhe Sadma Lag gaya Hai Subah se!"- (sic) (Photo: Instagram).

Zehen was a contestant of Ace Of Space until recently. He had to leave the show mid-way due to personal problems. There were reports of his return to the show soon.
