South Indian industry is not only a diverse pool of talents, who enriched regional as well as Indian entertainment industry, but is also a place that nurtures budding artiste. Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam entertainment industries have always been welcoming towards artists from neighbouring States and Bengal isn’t an exception. Many artists from West Bengal have worked in South and the number is only increasing. Jisshu U Sengupta

Jisshu U Sengupta: Jisshu will soon be seen in court room drama ‘The Trial’, where he is paired opposite none other than Kajol. Meanwhile, he has been simultaneously busy handling his commitments in Bengali TV and film industry, Bollywood as well as South Indian entertainment industry. NTR: Kathanayakudu marks his Telugu debut and that was just a start. Over the past few years, Jisshu did many prominent projects in Telugu including Bheeshma, Aswathama, Maestro, Shyam Singha Roy, Samantha starrer Shakuntalam. After having a pretty successful stint in Bengali TV industry, this Bengali beauty is currently casting a spell in South Indian entertainment industry. Debjani, who stepped into Bengali small screen at an early age and has TV shows like ‘Aponjon’, ‘Phoolmoni’, ‘Om Namah Shivaya’ to her credit, she made her debut in South in 2020 with Rasathi.
