Period-drama ‘Karunamoyee Rani Rashmoni’ is going to end its journey after entertaining the audience for four and a half years. Barring a few shots, most of the major sequences were shot on Thursday. A nostalgic moment

Actors Sourav Saha, Mimi Dutta, Suman, Sushmili Acharjee, Diya Chakraborty, Sandipta Sen, Amitava Das and many others attended the shoot yesterday. They took a stroll down the memory lane and lived those nostalgic moments associated with the show yet again. Many of them had moist eyes while leaving the shooting set.

A journey to remember

Actor Suman Dey, who plays Dwarikanath, is quite nostalgic as the show is set to end its journey. “It’s a journey to remember. I will always be grateful to our audience for the love they have showered on Dwarikanath,” says Suman. Here’s a photo of Suman from the sets.

Bonding

The cast and crew became more than a family. From enjoying fun-moments in the make-up room to shooting reels for social media, the cast and crew were always caught having a good time together in between shots. ​Selfie time for Rani Maa

In the climax episode, viewers will see Rani Maa aka Ditipriya Roy yet again. Although her part in the show came to an end last year, she will be seen making a special appearance on the show. The actress attended the shoot yesterday and caught up with her old teammates. Ditipriya was nostalgic as she shot for the last time as Rani Rashmoni.
