A number of Bengali actors have been a part of Hindi television shows. Be it Mouni Roy, Debina Bonnerjee, or Antara Biswas aka Monalisa, these Bong beauties have played meaty roles in a number of Hindi TV shows and made a successful career in Mumbai. But there are many other actors who featured in Hindi shows as well right from Suman Dey, Anindita Saha Kapileshawri, Mishmee Das to our very own Sreemoyee aka Indrani Halder. Our very own Sreemoyee has been a part of many Bengali films and television serials. She also featured in a number of Hindi TV shows including BR Chopra's 'Maa Shakti', 'Sujata- Ek Stree Ka Samarpan',‘Maryada: Lekin Kab Tak’, starring Raqesh Vashisth, Ridhi Dogra, Kamya Panjabi. The senior guest played protagonist Swara's grandmother in ‘Swaragini- Jodein Rishton Ke Sur’. She played Shobha Bose in the show.

Our very own Bhutu stole a million hearts with her innocent smile. After the success of her show ‘Bhutu’, she played the titular role in the Hindi remake of the show which also starred Viraaj Kapoor, Sana Amin Sheikh, Kinshuk Mahajan, Akanksha Chamola and others.
