The Kheer Ganga trek

Kheer Ganga is located at about 13050 ft above the sea level. The trek covers a 9-km long route through the green valleys and snow-capped mountains in the Parvati Valley of Kasol. As you ascend the mountains, make it a point to visit the temple of Lord Shiva here and take a dip in its hot springs. Since it is a moderate level trek, hire a local guide to take you through the trek for a better experience.

Visit Manikaran

Manikaran is situated about 3-4 km from Kasol and can be reached via a short trek. Manikaran is visited for its holy gurudwara located on the banks of Beas River. The Gurudwara is famous for its hot springs where people can have a bath and also cook raw rice, which is served as prasad at the langar. This is a sacred site where sage Manu is believed to have restarted life on earth after a long deluge. Guru Nanak Dev also graced this site during his long travels across India.
