Nevada
The great desert escape, Nevada is one of the mainstays of UFO culture in America. This is home to the Extraterrestrial Highway, full of UFO stories, and attractions. Here you will also find Area 51, the mysterious site that many think is associated with aliens. Whatever the case maybe, the landscape of this beautiful state goes well with the conspiracies, so look up towards the sky for a clue.
Aztec, New Mexico
This is the spot of a legendary UFO incident, which some say is a hoax. Supposedly a flying saucer had crashed here back in 1948, and it was later declared as a hoax. However, later in the 1970s, one expert claimed that the incident was indeed real, and the aircraft is hidden in a government facility. There is now a mountain biking trail in this area, so it is worth a visit for a great all round adventure.
Aurora, Texas
Much like New Mexico, there was a UFO incident here as well. The incident had occurred way back in 1897, when a UFO crashed on a farm. Residents reported seeing great ships in the sky, and one such ship supposedly crashed on a farm. According to legend the locals found the body of an alien in the wreckage, and named it Ned. This body was then given a Chirstian burial, and the burial site exists to this day.
San Luis Valley, Colorado
The beautiful San Luis Valley has reported numerous UFO sightings in the past, and hence there is a curiosity around this place. San Luis Valley now has a UFO Watchtower that has a 360 degree view of the sky. You can rent a space, or even camp for the night for a price, and marvel at the sky. Hoping for a unidentified flying object. That would be a story to tell now isn't it?
