In 2003, the church was renovated and a mass was held after a hiatus of 14 years. While regular mass may not happen here anymore, the church is still worth a visit as it is an integral part of Gulmarg’s culture and history. The Shiva temple and the mosque in Gulmarg are both close by and can be clubbed with the visit to the Church.
