One of Goa's hidden gems, Butterfly Beach is an absolute beauty. It is like the Garden of Eden here, with a number of beautiful butterflies fluttering around in the place. It is located north of Palolem Beach, and is semi-circular in shape. This is also a great place to spot dolphins, and its sunsets are gorgeous to say the least.

Basilica of Bom Jesus

This incredible church is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The beautiful Baroque architecture is beautiful, and dates back to 1605. This Roman Catholic Basilica is said to be a landmark in the history of Christianity. The church is dedicated to infant Jesus, and is a very important tourist destination in the state of Goa.

Mae De Deus Church

The Mother of God Church, this one is located in North Goa. The church is a beautiful Gothic structure, and was built in 1873. Inside the church you will be able to statue of Mae De Deus, which was brought from the ruins of the convent of the Mae De Deus, located in Old Goa.

Fort Aguada

A fort and lighthouse built by the Portuguese back in the 17th century. It overlooks the Arabian Sea, located on the Sinquerim Beach. The fort was originally built against Dutch invasion, and today it is a relic of the past. A massive place of interest in Goa, Fort Aguada is a must-visit for all.

Dudhsagar Falls

A beautiful waterfall in Goa, Dudhsagar is beautiful. It is one of the most visited destinations in Goa, and is located on the Mandovi River. You can opt for a jeep safari here, and if you are here during monsoon then a monsoon trek is a must-do.
