Zanskar
The famous Indus River and its tributary Zanskar, flowing through Ladakh are a hit among water adventure buffs. Zanskar is exclusively meant for rafting bravehearts, who can endure Grade III and IV rapids. Rafting trips vary from one to three hours around Leh to five days maximum.

Rishikesh
White water rafting is very much synonymous with Rishikesh. From long to short, Rishikesh offers rating trips for all budgets and endurance levels. You can also go for short trekking expeditions, zip lining and camping for an extra dose of adventure. Rafting activities in Rishikesh stay closed during peak winter and monsoon season.

Varkala
Kerala’s peaceful backwaters, lakes, and rivers, make it an ideal place for kayaking, bamboo rafting and canoeing. There are local operators that organise daily kayaking tours through backwater canals and villages, starting from Alleppey. For bamboo rafting and jet skiing, you can visit Wayanad and Payyambalam beaches in Kannur.
