An eternal city
Apart from making you realise the true meaning of spiritualism, Varanasi brings you closer to Moksha. Moksha is the ultimate aim of human life, wherein you are free from the cycle of birth and death. The eternal city of Varanasi is said to play a pivotal role in helping individuals attain moksha. Apart from this, the Ganges of course is at it superb best, and the Banarsi culture is exceptional.
Morning at the ghat
One of the best experiences in Varanasi is to see sunrise at the ghat. The Ganges is at its delicate best during the mornings, its radiance spreading across through people and things. All you have to do is sit on the ghats, and take the views in. You could also opt to ride a boat during such an hour for a fabulous experience.
Capture spirituality
Varanasi is one of the best destinations for photographers. If you are a photographer, even am amateurs one, you must make Varanasi your subject. Apart from the ghat, and all the interesting people revolved around it, there are the ancient streets of the city. The city is full of great colours, devoted folks, and interesting stories.
A holy dip
One of the best things you can do here is to take a dip in the holy river Ganga. A dip in the Ganges here in Varanasi is said to cleanse all your sins, and hence there is no greater deed than this. An early morning dip, and praying to the Sun god can uplift your mood, and spirit to a great degree.
