Home to the highest bungee jumping spot in India, Jumpin Heights, located at Mohan Chatti in Rishikesh, offers an experience of a lifetime. It is also the only place in India where you experience bungee jumping from a fixed platform. Here, you will find a cantilever platform built over a rocky cliff, i.e., around 83 m above ground level, which makes it the most thrilling bungee jumping location in India. All your safety measures are taken care of by the experienced staff, whereas it will cost your around INR 3550 per jump.
Lonavala
Touted as one of the safest bungee jumping spots in India, Lonavala also boasts of being home to one of the largest adventure parks in India. Further, the spot being close to Mumbai and Pune, Lonavala is a major crowd puller. The jumping platform here is 45 m, whereas the leap lasts for around 4 to 5 minutes. Anyone above the age of 10 can be a part of this activity, and it will cost around 1500 per jump.
Bangalore
The spot in Bangalore is for extreme adventure junkies, as there is no fixed platform to jump. Here, you have to jump off a crane, which is considered by many as riskier than the fixed platform. You will be jumping from a height of 80 ft above the ground, whereas a 130-ft high mobile crane is used to fasten the entire bungee jumping equipment. Goa
Next time when you are in Goa, you should definitely try bungee jumping at Gravity zone. You can easily find this spot around Anjuna beach, as it is one of the major crowd pullers in Goa. Set up at a height of a permanent 25 m high tower for bungee jumping, it will cost you around INR 500 per jump. If it is your first time in bungee jumping, you can choose this post, as its height is less when compared to other locations.
Delhi
Delhi also boasts of a good bungee jumping location, and Delhi’s Wanderlust would be your safest bet. The entire bungee jumping staff here is trained in Germany, and are efficient in operating German technology and equipment. Here, you will experience jumping from 130 ft above the ground level.
