It will not be a surprise to see the kids getting tired trekking around Rome, after all the city is built on hills. However, there is one way to make it easier, i.e., take the hop-on hop-off bus to ensure you don’t miss a sight and your kids also enjoy along with you. There are several different companies that run these hop-on hop-off buses; so you can compare rates as children get a discounted ticket price. Also many buses offer tickets to major attractions such as the Colosseum at a discounted rate and in many cases you get to skip the line. We suggest going with the red sightseeing Roma bus and riding the entire loop which takes just a couple of hours and hits up major sights such as Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Forum Romanum and the Pantheon. There are a total of 10 stops with this tour and the audio is available in eight different languages. As an added bonus, kids will love the open air top level of the bus where they can enjoy wind blowing past their faces and throw their hands up in enjoyment.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
