This very small restaurant has become hugely popular in the city of Rome, known for its incredible tasting menus and superior service. Anthony Genovese does an excellent job creating the menus here, changing them seasonally, with a focus on creativity. You will find traditional Italian parts to the menu but the approach to these foods are unique and well crafted. The restaurant isn’t the easiest to find, as guests will have to find their way down a few small alleys before arriving here. Inside, there are only 10-12 tables. Expect personalised service that gives space for conversation, small share plates and a huge and sometimes overwhelming wine list. What you won’t find here are prices on the menus. Makes sure to book a reservation, and expect to spend hundreds of dollars on a meal you won’t ever forget.
