Mulshi Dam

A truly wonderful place hidden in verdant surroundings, the Mulshi Dam is located a couple of hours out of Pune. Exploring the area is best during monsoons when the views are green and lush, although sunny days offer clearer skies and a sparkling blue lake. The dam is a favourite picnic spot amongst the locals and there are ample opportunities to go trekking, bird-watching or just take photos.
