A young, upbeat entrant on Delhi's drinking scene, Smokey's is full of life and raring to go. Although its double-storeyed rise spreads across the space previously occupied by the city's beloved Smoke House Grill, the transition is a positive one. The interiors are woody, spacious and clean; the bar is well stocked, with an innovative bartender happy to mix things up (their signature and molecular cocktail menu is superb, the smoked melon martinis will make you very happy); the American menu is big in terms of flavour, size and presentation, and the music livens you without blasting your ear drums. All in all, a welcome newcomer.
